Delivery Options
Amazon Fulfillment Orders are automatically processed upon payment confirmation and shipped daily through Amazon's logistics network. Typical delivery time is approximately 5 business days. Please be aware that delivery modifications cannot be made once your order has been submitted.
Express Delivery Fast shipping via FedEx or DHL carriers ensures delivery within 1-3 business days across Europe and 2-4 business days for worldwide destinations.
Standard Delivery, your order will be shipped through Deutsche Post or DPD services. Expected delivery times are 4-8 business days for European destinations and 7-30 business days for international locations. Please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as public holidays, industrial action, COVID-19 restrictions, or other force majeure events) may cause shipping delays.
Shipping Policies & Guidelines
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Regardless of your chosen shipping method, you'll receive a tracking link to monitor your package's progress online.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure shipping address accuracy when placing orders. MBito cannot be held responsible for delivery complications resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information. We strongly recommend double-checking all details before finalizing your purchase.
For cost efficiency, we suggest consolidating all desired items into a single cart before checkout. Multiple separate orders cannot be combined for shipping, and each will incur individual shipping fees.
Please be aware that customs duties may apply to international shipments (particularly those leaving the EU) and are not covered by our shipping rates.
We cannot currently ship to Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba.
Shipping Claims
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact our support at ask@mbito.app. We'll confirm receipt within one business day and keep you updated until the carrier closes the file.
Returns Policy
Return Guidelines
Physical Products Hardware products may be returned to UAB MBito, within 14 calendar days without requiring justification.
All returned merchandise must remain in its original packaging and show no signs of usage. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Bundled items packages must be returned as complete sets only.
Digital Products The following item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged: Credits.
Regional Notifications
Special Advisory for United States Customers Effective August 29, 2025, the De Minimis threshold (duty-free imports under $800) will be eliminated. All packages shipped from Lithuania through Deutsche Post, FedEx, or DHL will be subject to a 15% import tariff calculated on the complete order value.
Restocking fee
“Change-of-mind returns.” returns are subject to €5 (Economy) or €35 (Express) to cover outbound shipping costs.
The fee never applies to faulty items.
Important: Import duties and local taxes are non-refundable. Returns will only include refunds for the actual product cost.
How to start a return
Contact our customer support at ask@mbito.app. Once we receive the returned item, we'll inspect its condition and issue your refund.
