Order Processing time
In-stock orders leave our European warehouse within one business day. Before ordering please make sure that you fill in your delivery address correctly. Please note that once an order has been handed over to the courier, we’re unable to change the shipping address or modify the shipment. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the courier scans your parcel.

Import duties & taxes - EU deliveries are duty-paid. Orders outside the EU may incur local VAT or customs fees, payable by the recipient.
We cannot currently ship to Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba.
Shipping Claims
If your parcel arrives damaged or missing in transit, please file a claim form.
We’ll confirm receipt within one business day and keep you updated until the carrier closes the file.
Returns Policy

Orders may be returned within 14 days for any reason, and obtain a full refund of the product price.
Return eligibility checklist

Item is returned unused and in working condition.

Item should be in original packaging, gift cards should remain unopened.

Return request submitted via our online form within 14 days.

We’ll email your return number within a few business days.

Handle shipment to the defined courier company.

Refunds are issued within 30 days of the warehouse and quality inspection.
Restocking fee
“Change-of-mind returns.” returns are subject to €5 (Economy) or €35 (Express) to cover outbound shipping costs.
The fee never applies to faulty items.
